Please join us at 11am when we will start our picnic celebration with Mass at 11am.

In conjunction with the picnic there will be an event sponsored by the Tribal Health Consortium.
Health booths will be set up throughout the event for you to come and visit.
Medical/Pediatrics/Obstetrics booth set up where we will be preforming diabetes A1C checks, blood pressure checks, handouts with information on services that LCTHC provides.
Dental booth where we will be providing simple child screenings, providing tooth brushes, floss and tooth paste for children.
Outreach and Registration coordinators on hand to assist with Medi-Cal/Partnership Enrollment as well as LCTHC New Patient Enrollment.

Información sobre el programa de MediCal al igual que información para aquellos que gusten registrarse para ser pacientes de Lake County Tribal Health.
