La primera encíclica del Papa León XIV, Magnifica Humanitas (“La grandeza de la humanidad”), reflex
iona profundamente sobre la dignidad de la persona humana en la era de la inteligencia artificial. Inspirado por la Rerum Novarum del Papa León XIII, el Santo Padre recuerda al mundo que la tecnología siempre debe servir a la humanidad, nunca reemplazarla ni dominarla.
La encíclica llama a la protección de la dignidad humana, la verdad, la vida familiar, la justicia y la paz en un mundo digital que cambia rápidamente. El Papa León XIV advierte contra una cultura donde el beneficio, el poder y la tecnología eclipsan la compasión, la moralidad y las relaciones humanas.
